Clairemont is a large mid-century neighborhood on the mesas just east of Pacific Beach. Built largely in the 1950s and 1960s, the area offers ranch-style and split-level homes on flat, walkable streets with great central freeway access to I-5, I-805, and Highway 52. Bay Park, on the southern edge, has bayfront and bay-view homes and a walkable Morena corridor.
